Ultimate’s Spirit of the Game ethos has the unique ability to benefit those who experience it by teaching personal responsibility, respect for others, conflict resolution, leadership, communication and self-confidence.

To give everyone the opportunity to experience the joy of ultimate and spread the ethos of self-responsibility by supporting underserved communities, nurturing grassroots programs and inspiring and empowering youth.

The goal of the Ultimate Foundation is to spread the joy of ultimate and the values of Spirit of the Game to all kids. We work with local communities to reach girls and youth, especially underserved and underrepresented groups.
