Being a part of The Collective comes with exclusive benefits for those who contribute to our mission at four key levels ranging from $75-$1000+. Joining the inaugural 2026 Ultimate Collective includes perks such as public recognition as a founding partner, car magnets, commemorative discs, and special Foundation gear.
Early Contributor Benefit. The first 100 donors in 2026 to make a qualifying gift at any of the levels below will receive a 2025 Commemorative Signature Series Disc. The Signature Series is an annual limited release disc that commemorates players, events and moments that define the past year of USA Ultimate.
The player level. A gift at this level supports a young athlete’s access to, and participation in, our unique sport.
The coach level. A gift at this level equips a coach with the resources and training necessary to have success.
The team level. A gift at this level provides everything a team needs to start playing their first season.
The change maker level. A gift at this level funds a new community youth program at a local disc organization.

The Ultimate Foundation was founded in 2014 and is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that serves as the philanthropic arm of USA Ultimate, the national governing body for the sport of Ultimate in the US. Governed by a core principle called Spirit of the Game™, ultimate is proud of its heritage and continuing practice of being a self-officiated sport from local, recreational play to elite-level, international competition. The sport was created in 1968 by students at Columbia High School in Maplewood, NJ and is now played worldwide across three primary disciplines – grass, beach and indoor. The Ultimate Foundation hired its Director in early 2025 and is governed by the Foundation Board of Directors.
